Our appointment calendar is open for preparation of your 2025 taxes! Zoom appointments are available through Tuesday, March 31. Slots are filling quickly, so be sure to lock in your meeting time soon.
When selecting an appointment, please choose a time that makes sense for your tax situation. If you know you have K-1s or 1099s from your brokerage accounts that won’t be ready until mid-March, please avoid booking a February appointment. If your tax documents are ready—or will be shortly—an early-February appointment is likely perfect. Whatever time you pick, please make sure your tax documents reach us at least 5 days before your appointment.
Due to high demand for Zoom appointments this tax season, we cannot guarantee the ability to reschedule if we need to postpone your meeting.
We have two tax professionals conducting meetings this year to ensure timely service for both existing and prospective clients. You will be assigned to meet with Adam or Christina within approximately a week of your scheduled appointment.

Please note: We do not offer consults or complimentary introduction calls during tax season, since all appointment times are reserved for preparing tax returns.
